The GovCon Interactive AI Customer Plan is $399 per month. You get a 14-day free trial, but we require a payment method at signup. The trial auto-converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before day 14. Monthly charges post automatically on your billing date. Paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

When will the card actually get charged?
The trial period lasts 14 days. The charge of $399 for the first month posts only after the trial ends, not when you sign up.
How do I cancel before the first charge?
Cancel your subscription anytime through your account before the 14-day trial ends. No charge posts unless the trial completes.
When will I be charged after that first month?
The subscription renews automatically every 30 days. You'll receive a renewal notice in advance so there are no surprise charges.
Are there ever refunds on the plan?
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We don't prorate for partial months after the charge posts.
What if I cancel mid-cycle, do I get money back?
After a paid billing period begins, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

No. This platform is decision-support software, not a certification authority, auditor, or legal services provider. AI output may be inaccurate and requires human review. You retain full ownership of your content, and you remain solely responsible for your records and compliance obligations under FAR and DCAA requirements.
