Who owns the data we upload to your platform?
You do. Your accounting records, cost data, and internal documents remain your property. We access them only to deliver the service you engage us for, nothing more.
How long do you keep our financial records?
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations like FAR record retention. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless you ask us to keep it.
Are you a data processor or a data controller?
We act as a service provider. You direct what we do with your data, and we process it under your instructions, whether that's audit support, accounting system setup, or indirect rate development.
Can you see our financial information at any time?
We see only what is required to complete your engagement. Access is limited to the personnel working on your account, and we do not use your financial data for any other purpose.
What happens to our data when our engagement ends?
When the engagement closes and final deliverables are accepted, we retain your data only to satisfy FAR record retention requirements. After that period, it is securely deleted unless you request otherwise.
Do you share our data with third parties?
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our platform, like hosting or email services. We never sell your data, and we require those providers to meet the same standards.
