You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep credentials secure and ensure users you invite follow the same rules, including safeguarding any data tied to federal contracts.
Which obligations apply to my data inputs?
You must only upload data you have the right to use. Confirm your inputs align with your prime contract terms regarding export control, ITAR, or other government-specific data sensitivity requirements.
Can I share my access with someone else?
Account access is not transferable and must not be shared except through proper user invitations. Shared or transferred credentials violate the policy and may trigger restriction of your account.
What happens if a prohibited activity occurs?
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access depending on severity and impact. We act to protect the platform and other users, and we provide notice where feasible before or after action.
How do I report a potential violation?

Are there rules specific to AI-generated outputs?
You must review AI-generated outputs for accuracy before use, especially anything tied to contract pricing or compliance. The tool assists analysis; you remain accountable for final submissions.
